3. Payments

A deposit is required before the commencement of any work. Final payment is due upon completion of the project, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. Refunds on deposits are subject to a 15% processing fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

5. Warranties

FC Improvement LLC provides a warranty on workmanship for a period of one year from the date of completion. Manufacturer warranties on materials will be honored according to their terms. The warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, misuse, or neglect.

6. Liability

FC Improvement LLC is insured for liability. However, we are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from our work. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.

7. Permits and Compliance

Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permits unless otherwise agreed upon. FC Improvement LLC ensures that all work complies with local building codes and regulations.
